Thriving with changing landscapes and demographics: Using case studies to imagine transformations

 

The fifth Doody Digital Workshop for Society Executives offers a strategic view of key challenges facing publishing, education, and even membership executives – how to thrive in the face of changing competitive landscapes and changing membership demographics. Our 2018 edition offers a true workshop format, with over five hours devoted to discussion of real-life case studies, featuring strategic challenges, with guidance from moderators who are experts in their fields.

Participants will be able to choose two different cases to discuss, from a menu of six strategic challenges developed by our Planning Committee of seasoned society executives. Case topics are:
